These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlatesandCups.com (the "Site") and any purchases or services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and have legal capacity to form a contract.

1.2 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

1.3 Accuracy of information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases and account registrations and to promptly update such information.

2) Orders, Pricing & Payment

2.1 Offer and acceptance. Items displayed on the Site are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email or ship the items.

2.2 Availability. We do not guarantee availability. We may cancel an order (and refund you) if an item is unavailable or if we detect error or suspected fraud.

2.3 Prices & taxes. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees are shown at checkout.

2.4 Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and process payments via third‑party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. You authorise us (and our processors) to charge the order total.

2.5 Errors. We may correct errors, including pricing, even after submission or confirmation, and either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and issue a refund.

2.6 Fraud prevention. Orders may be subject to verification checks. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.

3) Shipping, Risk & Title

3.1 Shipping. We ship to the locations indicated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

3.2 Risk of loss; title. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Title passes on our receipt of full payment and dispatch.

3.3 Customs & import. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility.

4) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

4.1 Policy. Our returns and refunds policy is available on the Site and forms part of these Terms. Unless stated otherwise by local law, you typically have [e.g., 30 days] from delivery to request a return of eligible items in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.

4.2 Process. To start a return, contact us using the details below or follow the instructions on the Site. Certain items may be non‑returnable for hygiene or other reasons where permitted by law.

4.3 Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping charges may be non‑refundable unless required by law.

4.4 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under mandatory consumer law (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations).

13) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or for operational/security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

14) Governing Law & Disputes
